Energy usage alerts

Text message and email usage alerts are no longer available. However, over time, you’ll have access to even more energy usage insights on the new Gulf Power website, including month-to-month bill comparison, a projected bill and energy savings tips, customized for you. All you’ll have to do is log in to the website to view this information – from your computer or any mobile device.

 

Gulf Power mobile app

The new Gulf Power mobile app is now available for all Apple and Android devices, and is the simplest way to manage your energy and pay your bill in the new system. If your device is set up for app auto-updates, no action is required. Otherwise, you’ll need to uninstall the old app and install the new one.

New bill design

As part of your new experience, you'll receive a new bill design.  All the information you’ve come to rely on, and more, is there, but the new layout should make it easier to see the information most important to you. Let us help you navigate it

 

Pay Online bank accounts

You'll be asked to enter your bank account information when you pay online for the first time. It will then be conveniently stored to quickly make payments going forward.

 

Pay through your bank

If you pay your bill through your bank, it's important that you update your account number within your banking system so payment is applied to your new account. Check your mailbox or email inbox for your new account number.

 

Paperless billing is now eBill

Paperless Billing is now eBill. Your notifications will have a new look and feel. Plus, you’ll now receive additional bill reminders to help you stay on track. Not enrolled in eBill yet? Log in now and sign up to enjoy these benefits.

 

Security deposits

When you open an account with Gulf Power, we’ll now collect a deposit within 10 days of your start date. It will be no longer be included in your first bill.

Property Manager Portal

You can now manage your accounts on the new GulfPower.com. Adding your accounts is easy, and we’ve made it simple to request multiple connects and disconnects at once.

Builder Portal

You can request connects, disconnects, temporary and new service easily via the new GulfPower.com.

Real Time Pricing (RTP)

Real Time Pricing (RTP) information is no longer available through EnergyDirect.com. You can access your daily and historical pricing information through the new GulfPower.com under the Programs tab.

Budget Billing alerts

If your Budget Bill amount changes due to variances in your usage, the new amount will be communicated within the current monthly bill.
