Report a Streetlight Outage

Reporting an outage for an outdoor light is easy — follow these steps on the map below:

  1. Enter the Pole Tag number or closest address and click the magnifying glass to search, or zoom into the map below to identify a light.
  2. Mouse over the green icon and click on to Report a problem with this light.
  3. Don’t see a green icon? Click on the map to add the light icon and report a problem.
