Don Emert Says...

For Don Emert, Air Products plant manager, enrolling in Gulf Power's GoodCents Select was a no-brainer. The engineer took one look at the program and couldn't wait to put it in his home in Pace.

"We signed up in July 2003 and I just wish I had done it sooner," Don says. "We're saving at least 15 percent a month - maybe more. I love the program."

Even with Don's two-story, four-bedroom house, his electricity bills are less than what he paid while living in a smaller home in Baton Rouge, La. He moved to Pensacola in 1999 when he got his job at Air Products.
