Port Panama City Intermodal Distribution Center
Port Panama City's Intermodal Distribution Center is an industrial park which offers direct rail access and four-lane highway access. The park is rail adjacent, and served by the Bay Line, a short line operated by Genesee & Wyoming which provides five-day-a-week freight service. The Bay Line provides direct connectivity to Port Panama City, which is located approximately 15 miles south of the site. The Bay Line also interchanges with CSX in Cottondale, Florida and Dothan, Alabama, and Norfolk Southern in Dothan, Alabama. The park is also adjacent to U.S. 231, which provides a direct linkage to Interstate 10 approximately 30 miles north of the site.
