Plants
Part of a fleet of 70 power plants throughout Southern Company, Gulf Power has three wholly-owned generating plants and a co-generation facility in Northwest Florida. We also own a percentage interest in two other facilities located out-of-state. By carefully forecasting energy needs and securing the most economical sources available, we're able to operate our power plants at a 99 percent level of reliability — among the highest in the nation.
