Are you thinking about buying a new home? Or maybe you're considering a new, more efficient heating/cooling or water heating system for your home?

Gulf Power can help you make wise decisions that will ensure a comfortable, energy efficient and less expensive home to operate.

For instance, one of the biggest decisions you will make is whether to go all-electric or to use gas.

In Northwest Florida, electricity is cheaper than gas. You will save money every month with an all-electric home.

Save hundreds of dollars every year
Using gas heat or a gas water heater in an 1,800-square-foot home will cost an average of $747 per year in Northwest Florida. If you live in Escambia County, this home will cost up to $853 per year.
